Grand Mascota Malbec 2015

This is your perfect steak wine pairing. Smooth with dark fruits on the nose and red fruits evoking plum on the mouthfeel. Firm tannins make the wine stay in your mouthfeel for quite awhile and a dry finish. This is your dry summer bbq wine.

Drama Red Blend

This is a dry wine with a high complexity. Accents of smoke and what I can only guess at as boysenberry on the nose, cherry first blueberry second cola last on the palate, and soft but dry tannin structure.

Donnachiara Beneventano Falanghina

Apricot and pear appear on the nose and carry through to the pallate in a nicely floral smooth and citrus centered white. Great dry wine, but not for Pinot Grigio drinkers. Meant more for unoaked chardonnay lovers.

Whispering Angel

Strawberry,  peach, and flowers on the nose.  Strawberry mouthfeel with orange citrus on backend. Light and dry but with long lasting appeal. 

Pisano Tannant RPF

Nice, dry, and tannin filled with good fruit.

In the mouthfeel it starts with cranberry at the beginning with blackberry at the backend of the tongue feel. Theres a bit of smoky nose as well.

Justin cab

Dry but smooth this cabernet opens with toasty oak aromas with a bit of red fruit. Dry and smooth throughout with a subtle strawberry finish.

Offley 20 year port

This is quite a treat honestly. Fruitcake and raisins in the nose. Smoothness in the mouthfeel without the harsh alcohol. Focuses on the tawny vanilla, caramel, raisiness. Honestly it was completely utterly amazing, omg

Second taste maintains the fruitcake and raisins in the nose but offers much richer plum in the first taste of the mouthfeel. Smooth and sweet finish.
