My own experience:

Honey is first on the palate with pear on the backend on first taste. Notes of peach hit my pallate on the second taste with a nice subtle floridity on the nose. As it warms up you get a greater sense of floridity on the nose and apple flavors start to pop out nicely.

Castillo de Clavijo Rioja reserva

Oaky nose with red berry on front and long lasting vanilla chocolate on back.  Light and refreshing,  this makes a good porch sipper on a hot day. Well integrated tannins on backend for a dry finish. 

Radius Eclipse

A big wine with lots of flavor. Dark fruit forward with a chocolate vanilla backend. Blackberry is the predominant fruit that stands out.

Saldo Zinfandel

Really kinda ridiculously good. Black licorice and black cherry on the nose. Luscious feel as you take your first sip on entry. Nice and smooth with detectable spices and cherry throughout. Smooth by subtle drying tannins on the back end and a long lasting jager feel.



This is kinda really really good.

Black as your soul adroit theroy

This is a thinking man's beer meant to be sipped. First taste I was like wtf. Second taste was coffee tones on nose with dark fruit on front tongue

Space Dust IPA

Dry,  citrusy,  bit of vanilla.  Very classic structured.

Firestone Walker Parabola

Really good,  sorta matches what product describes it self as.  Doesn't really fake,  it is what product says it is
