Hot to Trot Red Blend

Nose is kind of bland like. Cherries predominant in mouthfeel. Mocha on back end. Its ok really, but not super great. On the sweeter side.

Truth and Valor Zinfandel

Red fruits in the nose, luscious cherry that costs the tongue with plum backend.  Not heavy but very strong backend bite with a bit of dry tannin feel.  By in large, its an oaky berry nose on average, plum and cherry do intercede throughout and strong dry finish.

Joel Gott

Blackberry focused cabernet with tannin creating a dry overall structure. Mocha backend and finish. Long lasting. 

Darkhorse Cab

BlackBerry front and dominant with firm tannin and cherry back of the tongue. Cocoa hits back of the tongue. 

Carnivor Cabernet

BlackBerry nose and first part of tongue.  Hints of cocoa  both on finish and on nose,  and dry finish.

Seven Rings Cabernet Oak Knoll

Subtle herb and black currant on the nose. Plum on the front of the tongue and black currant, sweet herb, that intercedes in the middle with a dark fruit finish. Very smooth with lingering but polished tanins. Extremely long lasting and on the smoother side. Powerful fruit but the tanin makes it a little dry.

Truth and Valor Cabernet

Medium bodied. Dark fruit on the nose with a little bit of leather. Cherry on front with cassis/warm dark fruit in the middle. Subtle chocolate on the backend. Very Very VERY VERY VERY SMOOTH and lingers awhile. Long cherry flavor on the second and third tasting. Alternates between cherry and dark fruit in subsequent tastings with chocolate sneaking in there occasionally. The smooth polished tannins leave a bit of astringency in the mouthfeel while still being abundantly smooth.
