14 Hands

Subtle nose.  Medium bodied.  Black cherry fruit in mouthfeel with subtle baking spices.  Tannin giving a drying feel but round because it doesn't explode like crazy in the mouth, moreso like a smooth astringent taste. Little cinnamon on nose. 

Dreaming Tree Crush

Had it at TGIF with friends.  Carmel on nose red berry front tongue caramel back. Little grip.

Red Diamond Tempremental

Smooth. Not tons of fruit.  You get a little cherry on the nose with some oak.  Cherry predominates the mouthfeel with not too much acidity.  Smooth shorter finish. Second try.  Nose nothing to write home about.  Much more black currant in mouthfeel smooth still.  Not too much acidity or tannin or dry. Slight chocolate. 

St. Amant Zin 2

Cherry predominant and somewhat jammy. A little bite on the backend. Its almost easy to confuse I think for cherry. But you could also say a really ripe jammy rasberry that pervades it, or a unique red fruit in general. Its ripe, not necessarily very smooth.

Tried it without notes.  Blackberries in nose.  Blackberries and rasberries in mouthfeel with a little black cherry finish. Almost peppery on end too. Just without notes,  blackberry first red berry last bite on end. 

The Death of Cthulhu

Strong coffee malts detected throughout. Some dark fruit in the mouth feel. Honestly dominated by coffee.
