Federalist Bourbon Barrel Red Blend

Whats particularly great about this wine is the long lasting fruit manages to pop out from the bourbon on the aging. Its big, long lasting cherry that you receive in the mouthfeel with an excellent smell and a nice acidity. Caramel, vanilla from the bourbon finishes this beauty on the backend of the palate. As the wine matures, you get much more caramel on back end.

Capriccio Sangria

As advertised in terms of taste.  Fruity on the nose with pineapple and pomegranate scents.  Pineapple first, orange last.  With a crisp finish to the bubbles.  Some of the four loco hype comes from the bubbles making the alcohol digested sooner and the fact that one small bottle is the equivalent to two glasses of strong cabs

New Belgium Hemperor

Highly floral and aromatic with good earthy tones.  The crisp long lasting citrus makes this a refreshing drink on a summers day

River Road Pinot Gris

Lighter style,  fruity,  pear in front peach back. Smooth and easy. Second and following glasses have more apricot in the front and peach in the back. Still smooth and fruity. Pear intercedes some 

Waldo Special Ale

A drier hoppier IPA. This is unique because even though it's fairly strong, dry, and hoppy, you get a fairly long lasting malt citrus quality to this that provides refreshing flavor.

Stone Scorpion Bowl IPA

Hop is slight, fruit is strong. VERY refreshing and crisp. Long lasting fruit. Citrus oriented.
