Dominican Oaks Chardonnay Unoaked

Pear on the nose.  crisp pear first peach last. Has subtle notes of lemon throughout both in the nose and mouthfeel.  Medium bodied.  I'd argue this is a classic example of a drier Unoaked Chardonnay.

Goose Island bourbon barrel county stout

Tons of what I think is vanilla on nose with vanilla carrying throughout and roasted malt finish

Solena Pinot Gris

Peach on the nose. Tons of pear on the front have of the tongue and peach on the finish, long lasting. medium bodied.

Rubus 2009

Pulled it out of my dad's inappropriately stored stockpile.  Wanted to see if it was still good.  It was.  A bit smoky on nose with tons of black currant and plum on back end.  Long lasting

Center 38 Cabernet Napa

Big thick cab that is perfect for streaks.  Has blackberry in nose,  tons of blackberry in mouthfeel with silky chewy tannins and long finish

Butterfield Station Chardonnay

A distinctly fruiter style butter chardonnay. It begins with both apple and peaches on the nose with peaches dominating. These flavors follow through to the pallate. Apple remains predominant on the pallate, more on the front of the tongue. Peach flavor dominates the sides of the tongue. Butter finishes. Nice and big. Drank the 2016 version while playing videogames.

Five Branches Chardonnay

Very clean nose with pear first butter second and citrus backend.  Almost defined by a caramel style butter and a nice citrus fruit. Nose is the same as I tasted on Ch Ste Michelle

River Road Boschetti Vineyard 2014

Excellent inviting nose of cedar,  blackberry front of the tongue and toffee on backend.  Medium bodied with slightly dry feel. An excellent  Zin from River Road and what is especially notable is its dryness and overall elegence

Spaten Optimator

Basically plum and prune. Not strong on chocolate or coffee

Delurium Tremens Pale Ale

Nice creamy head with fine bubbles. 
Toasty nose with a slight berry mouthfeel.  Not too heavy. Banana on backend
