 Medium to full bodied cab. The cab is a bit full and intense but mellows as you drink.  Lots of smoke and black currant in nose with a smoother cherry front plum finish.  Honestly not meant to be immediately smooth eat with food. It will change flavor as you drink,  Its meant to be more dry.

Mocha nose.  Currant front berry finish.  Smooth a bit of fruit for foundation

Amici Pinot Noir

Medium bodied.
Little bit more fruit forward as a pinot.
Tons of strawberry flavor with a smoky nose.

Little bit of chewy tannin feel.

Terre di Talmo Morellino du Scansano

Drier, full body.  Cedar spice on nose.  Long lasting flavor.  Berry mouth feel.  Touch of prune on back end. Very chewy tanins.

Chimay

Coppery in color. Dark. Fruity nose with thick chocolatey insides.

Wittekerke

Light,  yellow and golden color. Crisp.  Citrus nose and taste with banana end.
