Rasberry scent. Basically crisp raspberry mouthfeel. Slight malty flavor.

Dales Pale Ale

Light hop little malt full bodied some scents of chocolate on nose.  And a little coffee

Balvenie Single Malt Scotch

Vanilla slightly citrus scent. Basically what a good single malt scotch should have on its nose.  Indeterminate feel on tongue.  Can not quantify it other than good scotch.  Nice finish

Sam Adams Hopscape

Nice foam, medium but not intense hop. Medium to full bodied.

Beyer Ranch Cab

Nice red fruit scents.  Dry finish.  Smooth red fruit berry mouthful

Good strawberry smells, dry,  nice strawberry flavor

Plum blackberry mouthfeel. Dry finish. Smooth.

The Fugitive Zin

Nose of berries and espresso. Black cherry mouthfeel and long lasting finish.

Magic Hat 9

Floral citrus scent. INTERESTING scent. maybe a note of vanilla? Slight hop.  Nice fruity flavor.  Smooth. 

The One Armed Man

Long lasting cherry finish.  Soft grip on end.  Wood and red fruit on nose with cherry full bodied mouthfeel

Tropical fruit.  Can definitely taste the hop

Citrus style hop with a bit more body to it.  Nice orange comes out

Finca Flinchman Paisaje de Barrancas

Woody nose. Nice solid plum front. Fruit forward with dry finish.

Bonterra Viogner

Nice citrusy flowery nose. Orange mouthfeel with a peach finish.

Kendall Jackson Syrah

Oaky nose, blackberry - cola/ plum mouthfeel, dry finish. Little Jammy.

The mouthfeel is not as spicy as a general blackberry, it's more fruit forward then dry. Notes of chocolate from the oak.

Lagavulin

Peaty, long finish.  Relatively crisp

Duclaw Funk

Nose of blueberry. Nice subtle hop. Makes me think of Abita Purple Haze

Francis Coppola

Dark fruits plum starts berry finishes.  Dry finish. The anise is subtle but there on finish primarily. 

J LOHR

2014 cab. Toasty oak at beginning.  Black cherry mouthful dry soft finish. Probably as open to air turns more into plum. Fresh is more black cherry.
